About Us
At our smallholding in the peaceful village of Herringswell near Bury St Edmunds, we raise and hatch heritage purebred chickens. With a carefully managed flock of quality hens we are dedicated to maintaining traditional poultry lines while promoting the enjoyment of keeping chickens. Inspired by my grandad’s love of exotic waterfowl, I’ve grown up surrounded by animals and have carried that joy into the care of my own breeding hens and their many chicks. I’m proud to share the passion of keeping chickens with others—whether it’s through hatching eggs or helping families start their own backyard flocks.

Our Huts
Our spacious chicken coops are built from high-quality shiplap with a felted roof and wooden trim, spray-treated with a dark wood stain for durability. Each coop includes a main door, chicken hatch, and interior perches, comfortably housing 4–6 birds.
